These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.anubhavkulshreshtha.com and all related services offered by The Indian Guitar School/Anubhav Kulshreshtha Online Guitar Classes. By accessing this website or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. GST & Tax Information
The Indian Guitar School is registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act in India.

•    HSN/SAC Code: 999293 (Other education and training services)
•    Indian students: All prices are inclusive of applicable GST at the prevailing rate. GST breakup will be shown on all invoices.
•    International / NRI students: Services are classified as export of service and are zero-rated under GST (supplied under LUT). No GST is charged; invoices will reflect ₹0 GST and state ‘Zero-Rated Supply – Export of Service’.
Note: Export classification applies when payment is received from outside India. Students paying from Indian bank accounts (including NRO accounts) may be subject to standard GST treatment. Please contact us if you have questions about your applicable tax category.

3. Website Use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of this website. Unauthorized use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
Prohibited Uses:

6. Online Lessons & Services
By enrolling in any program:
•    You agree to provide accurate and complete information at registration.
•    Full payment must be received before any lesson commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•    Enrollment is non-transferable and applies only to the enrolled individual.
•    The school reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule lessons in certain circumstances, with reasonable notice provided.
Cancellations & Refunds:
•    Fees are non-refundable once enrollment has commenced.
•    There is no general cooling-off refund period after a session has been attended.
•    In the event of a school-initiated cancellation where a makeup session cannot be arranged within a reasonable timeframe, a pro-rata refund for that session may be issued at the school's discretion.
•    Student-initiated cancellations do not qualify for a refund. Rescheduling may be available per the School Guidelines.
Note: The school does not offer a general 14-day cooling-off refund window. The 14-day rule in our guidelines refers to communication inactivity resulting in roster removal.

13. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, or strikes. During such events, the affected party will be excused from performance without penalty, provided reasonable efforts are made to mitigate the impact.
